IGT providing casino management system for new Emerald Queen I-5 Casino

The new Emerald Queen I-5 Casino in Tacoma, Washington has decided to work with International Game Technology (IGT) when it comes to its casino management system. They also are using the brand’s cabinets to provide the majority of gaming options on the casino floor.

New Deal:

In an announc 7BALL CC ement this week, IGT was revealed as the casino management system provider for the new casino. Emerald Queen Casino is using the company’s ADVANTAGE system and modules to operate its casino. The system covers the loyalty program as well as monitors and optimizes the operation of the casino floor, along with other needed functions.

On top of the new system deal, IGT has installed its CrystalCurve and CrystalDual 27 upright cabinets in the Class III casino. These systems take up the bulk of the new venue’s game space.

The Emerald Queen Casino General Manager, Frank Wright, stated that the casino has one of the largest inventories of gaming machines in the region and they have given the provider’s systems a prominent spot on the gaming floor.

Players will have more opportunities to enjoy a variety of entertaining games from IGT and the staff members of the casino can easily respond to as well as monitor casino events, based on the management systems in place. This creates a lesser need for in-person interaction.

IGT Chief Operating Officer, Gaming, Nick Khin, commented as well on the partnership by stating: “Emerald Queen I-5 Casino is an exciting gaming destination in the U.S. northwest region, and we’re proud to enhance its players’ gaming experience with our best selling Crystal series cabinets, our player-tested content and IGT ADVANTAGE system products.”

Because of the integration, the employees of the casino can use a mobile device to interact with casino events like machine downtime and the EGM sanitation cycles. With IGT ADVANTAGE, the casino has access to Mobile Dashboard, M5 and Service Window systems products along with Mobile Responder and Mobile Host.
